Had an excellent experience with Alberta Rose Towing. Called in and spoke with Lal, who was very helpful and accommodating. He was out to pick up my vehicle in record time and was so nice and easy to deal with. Over the years we've had many tows and held an AMA card, but this will be our new go to and we will recommend to everyone. I received excellent service from Alberta Rose Towing. They were punctual arrived at the time I was given. Price was reasonable. When I had called them to tow my vehicle they asked me a bunch of questions so they were prepared when they came to tow my vehicle.

I called this establishment in need of a tow. I had some vehicle issues which I felt would be detrimental to continue driving as further damage could ensue. A gentleman by the name of Ravi took my info. He asked pertinent questions & text me pics of “Pins” I’d require to place the vehicle on a flat bed as to ensure no damage would come to the AWD System. (Many vehicles are now equipped with these parts). He then spent a considerable amount of time explaining why he felt I may NOT require a Tow. He has several yrs of mechanical experience so I felt comfortable with his explanation. I consulted a friend (also a qualified mechanic ) who said the same. I asked for the rates/cost anyway cause I still wasn’t sure what to do. This would have been a very long tow. At least 60-65 Kms. A pretty penny, I’m certain, for the company.

Definitely recommend this company!
We were stuck near Redeer and i told the driver that there’s 4 of us. He had to go to his place to pick up the truck that will fit all of us (and for towing my car) and he arrived in an hour! I think that was pretty fast and we also enjoyed having a conversation with him while we were coming back to Edmonton.

I was in need of a tow to my mechanic shop. After waiting over 24 hours for AMA to dispatch me a tow truck (due to icy roads and high call volumes) I finally decided to call Alberta Rose Towing and I'm glad I did. They dispatched a truck to me within a couple hours, were very professional and hooked up to my vehicle quickly and safely. Next time I'm in need of a tow these guys will be my first call!
